The Mentorship Committee ensures that each of our graduating seniors has the opportunity to connect with a JU Rowing Alumnus who will guide them through their Senior year decision making process. Our mentors assist with everything from reviewing job materials to holding in-person events once each semester. These events range from happy hours to more formal dinners, during which students learn real world skills to ensure that they will be fully prepared to enter the next stage of their lives. Whether they pursue a full-time job or graduate school, we offer knowledge to support that progress.
